Who can book

You need to give your real name and an email address we can reach. You're responsible for the details you give and for keeping your account's email secure.

Booking and confirmation

A booking in regular hours is confirmed when you get the confirmation email. Before- and after-hours times are requests: nothing is booked until A.T.L.A.S. or Sin confirms it.

Every booking follows the Booking Policies in force when you book.

Paying

You pay at the shop for each visit, at the price shown when you booked, plus any fee the Booking Policies describe (late, after-hours, a missed visit). The price shown is the full price; debit cards are never surcharged.

Late arrivals, cancellations and no-shows

These follow the Booking Policies: the grace period, the late fee, automatic cancellation, and what a no-show owes.

Add-ons

Add-ons are optional, cost the price shown when you book, may lengthen the appointment, and depend on the service and the time.

Sinsational Unlimited

The membership has its own terms, agreed to separately when you join. Agreeing to these Terms of Service doesn't join you or authorize any charge.

Limits

As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any visit is limited to the price of that visit. Nothing in these terms takes away a right the law gives you that can't be waived.

Questions and disputes

Contact A.T.L.A.S. or Sin at 8323320626. Tell us what went wrong and we'll reply within 3 business days and try to make it right. If we still can't agree, Texas law applies.

Changes

When these terms change in an important way, the new version and its date are shown here, account holders are asked to agree at their next sign-in, and earlier versions are kept.
