What SinKutEmUp keeps about you, and why. Effective 2026-11-04.
What we keep
Your name, email and optional phone; your bookings, extras and visits; your account (you sign in with an emailed code: there's no password); reviews you leave; referrals and birthday month if you add them; whether you want email news; how you found us, if you say; and your answers to our terms.
Why
To book and remind you, to apply rewards and policies, to answer you, and to see which of our posts and links bring clients.
Where it's kept
On the booking website's host (Cloudflare), on the shop's own computer that runs A.T.L.A.S., the shop's assistant, and in the shop's Google Calendar and email, which send your confirmations and codes.
Payment
Payment is taken at the shop. This website never stores card details. If card payment is added online, the payment provider holds the card, not us.
Your choices
You can change your details, turn off email news, or delete your account from your account page at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and visit records while your account is open. If you delete your account, your name, email, phone and birthday are removed; the record that a booking happened, and your answers to our terms, are kept as the shop's business records.
